GRADUATE RESEARCH IN SCIENCE EDUCATION AT
NORTH CAROLINA STATE UNIVERSITY
North Carolina State University offers excellent research opportunities in
Instructional Technology for Science Education for outstanding students
pursuing a Ph.D. Degree in Science Education. Research projects include
instructional software development and research; use of microcomputer-based
labs K-12; and use of visual media in learning and teaching. Two
NSF-sponsored fellowships, to include tuition, $14,100 stipend, travel
expenses and supplies are available. Additional compensated effort on
existing research projects can also be added to the package.
