Most digital cameras will take video until you fill their memory card.  
The (relatively) new Casio EX-F1 digital camcorder (costs around $600) will also take video at a variety of frame rates.  I believe up to 1200 fps.  That sounds fun.  Hope to get one.  If you are looking into adding cameras or camcorders, this might factor into your decision.
