In responding to a standard question in Serway, which asks the student to
explain why a small car being passed by a truck on the highway will have to
compensate for a force which pushes the car towards the truck ... expecting
a discussion of Bernoulli's principle, and an analogy to a venturi ... one
student explains it as follows:
"The truck creates gusts of suction, which pulls the car in."
