Does the universe (as a whole) spin? What would that even mean, other than
violating isotropy?

P.S. Apparently there is controversy about whether there is an observed
bias in the direction of spin of surveyed spiral galaxies; if it were so
and general, what would that imply about non-zero angular momentum for the
whole universe?
