Hi Folks --
Long ago, some physics organization used an interesting logo.
It was roughly A-shaped, comprising
-- a pendulum, to symbolize time
-- a ruler, to symbolize distance
-- some object to symbolize mass
Here is my attempt to reconstruct it:

If I had to guess, in order of decreasing likelihood, it may
have been used by APS, AIP, IOP, AAPT, or other.
*Does anybody recall whose logo it was?*
*How can I find out what it actually looked like?*
I've scoured images.google.com with no success. I suspect
the logo fell into disuse before the www came along.
I realize it is terribly inefficient to have hundreds of
people looking for something in parallel, so please do not
waste your time on this. I'm hoping somebody just knows
the answer, or has a good guess that can be easily verified.
Thanks -- jsd
