The science coordinator for our school district
asked me if I knew of any video, correspondence, or online courses for AP
Physics. I have found nothing after a little web searching. He is hoping to
help a family that is home schooling.

I have a real hard time imagining how a course
like this could even work. A few years back, I had some motivated students
make good scores on the AP test after a year of independent study, but they
needed some help now and then. In each case, the student was very strong in
  math.

What about the lab experience? AP lab equipment
is not cheap, especially the C course. Simulations can be instructional, but
there is a big difference between a multimeter on a computer and holding one
in your own hands (and blowing a fuse at least once, which a thorough
  simulation can also do).

Anyway, does anyone know of such courses? It
would be interesting to try it out and see what it is like.
