Interesting observation: The first two units are polyglot; they mix SI
with cgs (or "God's own units" as my supervisor used to call them).
The product, microhm-J/s-K = ohm-microwatt/K, is orthodox SI for this
quantity.

Yucky is in the eye of the beholder.
