I'd rather not eat raw fish anyway!  A lot of post WWII GI's learned about
all kinds of intestinal parasites after eating sushi.  Its vogue, now,
again, but just as deadly.

Any word on how long it takes to cook the parasite to deactivate it?

Unpasturized egg nog (or other raw egg foods) is equally chancy, but from
Salmonella, which is more easily detected, and generally just annoyingly
